what i did
- Built the Endeavor One MCP server so staff can search profiles, companies and lists, manage meetings and log ratings from Claude and ChatGPT, with Salesforce as the source of truth.
- Added guarded write tools for meetings, ratings, contacts and lists with a prepare, confirm and execute flow and safe retries, so an assistant never writes to the CRM without an explicit user decision.
- Set up Auth0 OAuth with per-environment isolation and delegated Salesforce accounts, so every AI action runs with the signed-in staff member's own permissions and is audit-logged.
- Shared business operations between the web app and the MCP server, so both entry points apply the same validation, side effects and notifications.
- Covered key journeys and integration edge cases with Playwright E2E and Vitest tests, and added rate limits and Mixpanel tracking of AI tool usage and outcomes.
- Shipped web app features including a table view for search results, an Availability and Staff Insights profile section, and Harmonic company and founder data.
- Ran releases and hotfixes across development, staging and production, and started the team's internal wiki.
