- Built multi-tenant onboarding so organizations could sign up, configure their workspace, and access Aardvark's apps from one place
- Integrated Beds24 with a token and refresh flow keeping properties in sync, plus Stripe Connect for tenant-collected payments
Guest Pre-check-in & Payments Platform
- Built a guided guest flow covering identity, selfie verification, signatures, payments, deposits, and upsells
- Shipped an operator dashboard for booking readiness, channel rules, property sync, and exception handling
AI Guest Messaging Platform
- Built a real-time inbox with Supabase Realtime, scoped per project for tenant-isolated conversations
- Designed an AI and human handoff workflow with claim, assign, review, interrupt, and close states
